Student Registration
Student registration applies to full time students and must be accompanied by a letter certifying student status from the University or Department in which the student is registered. This documentation must be mailed and/or faxed to the Symposium Secretariat.

Letters of Invitation
On request, the Symposium Secretariat may send a personal invitation for participation in the Symposium. It should be understood that such invitation is only to help participants to obtain a visa and is not a commitment of the organizers to provide any financial support. Invitation letters will be issued when the Symposium Secretariat has received full payment.

Certification of Participation
Certificates of participation will be issued to those who are properly registered. Certificates will be available at the Registration Desk and should be picked up before departure.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of registration received in writing by fax before June 25, 2007 will result in a refund minus an administration fee of JPY 10,000. For refund, please indicate address and bank transfer number. Bank charges and currency exchange fees will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. No refunds are possible after June 25, 2007.
